Learning & Development Specialist

As a People Development Specialist, you will take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS) to optimize its value and ensure it aligns with our overall learning strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing the current LMS setup and functionality.

• Identifying pain points, opportunities, and potential improvements in the system.

• Developing and aligning LMS processes with the company's learning and development strategy.

• Proposing and implementing innovative solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the LMS.

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of systems and processes.

• Develop and implement structured processes to streamline compliance training, ensure seamless participant registration across all countries, maximize completion rates, and minimize cancellations.
