The company is a leading manufacturer of connected intercoms and access control solutions . They offer innovative solutions specifically adapted to multi -residential housing (social, private, parking etc.) which dramatically improve the tenants' life by increasing their security and comfort. Following their exceptional growth of the past 15 years, the company has turned to export and now offers its products in 12 countries across Europe.
The company opened this year a subsidiary in Amsterdam for the Benelux market. They are now looking to expand their team to sustain their exciting local growth.

- Reporting sales visits into CRM and making sure of the relevance of the information
- Sourcing new sales opportunities, cold calling potential clients and making appointments for the sales area manager
- Advising and quoting clients according to the potential and existing clients requirements/needs
- Understanding and qualifying client's needs and requirements
- Building up client relationships to maintain and develop business
- Liaising with clients regularly to inform them of new products, promotions, events, etc.
- Defining targets and how to reach them with outside sales manager and management
- Answering inbound calls and transferring accordingly
- Fluent in Dutch and in English, French is a big asset.
- Previous cold calling experience in a B2C or B2B environment
- Ability to put processes in place, strong organisation skills
- Very good IT skills
- Charisma, ability to solve problems and to work under pressure will be strong assets for the role
