The client is an informal, nationally operating company with a rich history. Out of need, the client's newest office in Amsterdam was founded on January 1, 2020. As the need for property maintenance and renovation continues to grow, the Amsterdam office is also growing and developing. In addition to the maintenance and renovation work that the client carries out, they are a connecting link between property owners and the user of the property.


* Support with the annual accounts, periodic closings and the preparation of periodic reports and balance sheet specifications;
* Jointly responsible for the accuracy of the financial data;
* Make proposals to improve internal procedures and reporting;
* You take up the implementation of the invoicing;
* Taking care of debtor management;
* Process bank statements and manage outstanding items;
* Taking care of the administrative processing and checking of purchase invoices.


You are proactive, social, you work accurately and you are a real team player.
Furthermore you have:

  • A completed financial MBO training;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • Extensive knowledge of the Outlook and Word programs.
  • About 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in business services;
  • Affinity with automated systems and you can work independently;
  • Attention to details, you work accurately, you are quality-oriented and with integrity. In addition, you are someone who likes to have fun and roll up your sleeves;
  • You are an excellent communicator in both Dutch and English
