From day one, you'll play a crucial role, collaborating closely with your colleagues and receiving guidance from seasoned professionals to ensure your success.You will be resposible for the following task & responsibilities:Managing all incoming orders with precision and care.Building and maintaining strong relationships in your designated region.Preparing shipments efficiently using Boxwise.Handling customer inquiries and complaints through Freshdesk.Offering technical support to customers.Logging quality assurance data using Salesforce.Actively participating in quality improvement meetings.The Successful ApplicantYou recognize yourself in the following profile:An MBO diploma or equivalent experience.Experience in customer service or internal sales.Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with AFAS is a plus).Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A problem-solver who can identify issues and implement effective solutions.Fluency in German & English both written and spoken.
