Functieomschrijving

Are you ready to kick-start your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? As a German Customer Service Representative in the Retail sector, you'll be part of a supportive and close-knit team in Tiel. Your journey begins with a comprehensive training program, giving you hands-on experience and a deep understanding of our operations. From day one, you'll play a crucial role, collaborating closely with your colleagues and receiving guidance from seasoned professionals to ensure your success.

You will be resposible for the following task & responsibilities:

  • Managing all incoming orders with precision and care.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships in your designated region.
  • Preparing shipments efficiently using Boxwise.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints through Freshdesk.
  • Offering technical support to customers.
  • Logging quality assurance data using Salesforce.
  • Actively participating in quality improvement meetings.

Profiel

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • An MBO diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service or internal sales.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with AFAS is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solver who can identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Fluency in German & English both written and spoken. (Dutch is a nice to have)
