Trends: a higher level of education and greater responsibility for temps
The time that temporary work was only for junior employees with few skills is long gone. We discovered that the recruitment of specialists is increasing with 84% in IT, 80% in Engineering and 79% in Sales, as a few examples.
The temporary employees are not only better educated but also more experienced. The majority possess 5 years of work experience or more. They need that experience, because companies expect them to take more responsibility.
