Our client is an innovative and rapidly growing company specialising in creating unique and personalised gifting experiences for global brands. Functieomschrijving

  • Lead and motivate a small fulfilment team of three, ensuring high productivity and a positive working environment, with plans for significant team growth over the next five years.
  • Oversee the end-to-end fulfilment process, including personalization,, quality control, and timely shipping.
  • Manage stock levels, using inventory software to ensure accurate reporting and stock tracking.
  • Operate and maintain specialist machinery for product personalization, including embossing and embroidery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing updates and suggesting improvements to streamline operations.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of fulfilment KPIs, ensuring all targets are met while maintaining an organised and efficient work space.



Profiel

  • Leadership Experience: The ideal candidate has proven experience managing and motivating a team, ensuring focus on meeting goals.
  • E-commerce Background: They have solid experience with e-commerce platforms and a strong understanding of the online order fulfilment process.
  • Logistics & Warehouse Knowledge: A background in logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipping coordination, is essential.
  • Positive Attitude: We're looking for someone with a proactive, "can-do" attitude who is ready to take on challenges and support team growth.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The successful candidate will actively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with tools like Unleashed, Monday.com, and hands-on experience with machinery used in product customization is important.
  • Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in English are key, as the team is diverse and international.
  • Work Authorization: The candidate must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands and be open to occasional travel for training and meetings.
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: We are seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and maintaining focus under pressure.
