Job Description

  • Processing financial and accounting transactions;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in our system;
  • Reviewing and verifying voyage-related costs and revenues;
  • Preparing and analyzing voyage results as part of monthly closing procedures;
  • Identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for improvement;
  • Communicating with internal departments and external stakeholders;
  • Resolving any issues that may arise.

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry within an Accounts Payable environment;
  • Good knowledge of financial systems;
  • Professional fluency in English;
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics AX) is an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities;
  • Previous experience in an accounting role is considered an advantage.
