We're looking for someone to support our sales team by managing bids, tenders, and customer quotations across Europe. This role combines coordination, admin, and process improvement in a supportive, international environment.

Functieomschrijving

  • Partner with the sales team to manage customer quotations, bids, RFPs, and contract-related requests across Europe
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of commercial proposals from initial qualification through to final submission
  • Lead internal planning meetings to align stakeholders on timelines, responsibilities, and winning strategies
  • Collect, compile, and verify input from various departments to complete documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure all submissions comply with relevant public procurement standards and internal approval processes
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation using Salesforce (SFDC) and shared platforms
  • Monitor and report on the status of active opportunities, including submission outcomes and pipeline metrics
  • Analyze win/loss data and provide actionable insights to improve future proposal success rates
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve templates, and enhance coordination across departments
  • Stay informed of industry trends, procurement updates, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making



Profiel

  • Fluent in English. (Dutch, German and or French is a plus).
  • Experience in admin, contracts, tenders, or sales support
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Comfortable using tech tools and systems
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Friendly and confident working with different teams



Aanbod

  • Salary between €40-52K
  • Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 from home
  • 27 vacation days and flexible hours (32-40 hrs/week)
  • Initial 7-month contract with potential to extend
  • Great opportunity to develop language and coordination skills
