Distribute work assignments and supervise the entire process of receiving, storing, picking, checking and loading products;

Supervise (flex) employees. You instruct, assess, coach and motivate them to promote personal development and performance;

Check the quality of work performed to ensure it meets company standards;

Oversee compliance with procedures, safety rules, rules of conduct and other company guidelines within the warehouse.

Carry out an exemplary role with regard to compliance, safety, hygiene and quality.

Timely detection and reporting of irregularities;

Identify and initiate improvement proposals regarding work processes and methods;

Collaborate with other managers/departments within the organisation to properly handle the flow of goods on a daily basis;

Ensure a safe working environment and promote a corporate culture that promotes productivity, efficiency and high morale.
