Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Sr. HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and department leaders to create the annual recruitment plan aligned with the budget and timelines.
  • Develop and post vacancy profiles on LinkedIn, other recruitment channels, and the company career page.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, review applications, conduct first screenings, and actively source candidates when needed.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews, handle all communication with candidates, and support final selection and job offers.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and department teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to improving the associate experience.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies as needed and manage the candidate pipeline from agency submissions.
  • Support HR initiatives related to learning, talent development, and labor market trends.
  • Ensure successful closure of vacancies across all recruitment channels.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBO4/HBO in HRM or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally combined with HR support or L&D exposure
  • Experience in fashion, apparel, or related industries is a plus
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and HR systems (BCS, Dayforce, Microsoft Office)
  • Fluent in English; multi-cultural work experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of labor law, interview techniques, and organizational structures
  • Living in the Greater Amsterdam area
