Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform recruitment of professionals (mainly) for different clients, by developing a recruitment strategy, sourcing of candidates, CV screening, phone screening and interviews;
- Search and attract candidates through databases, hunting, and social media;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers;
- To own the full candidate life-cycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- You will be responsible for your own Client´s Portfolio;
- Comply with the monthly KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in Recruitment.
- Fluent English, any other European languages is a plus (French speaker highly valuable but not essential)
- Business-oriented mindset;
- Result-oriented;
- Ability to work with a lot of autonomy;
- Strong networking/relationship skills;
- High level of Communication.
