Your daily actions
As SC Support Equipment you will perform administrative processes in order to be able to manage SC assets. You will administer new or modified contracts in SAP or other relevant systems, and manage the quantities of e.g. pallets or roll containers in order to be able to forecast business demands. In addition, you will assist SCRME in checking quotations and/or invoices, where appropriate.
You will actively look for changes to assets and/or other equipment that need to be recorded in the relevant systems, and assist stakeholders in following the appropriate procedures to ensure that data is collected and managed.
You will support SCRME in the management of European contracts and support relevant projects by managing documents, checking deadlines and taking minutes. In addition, you will create regular management reports/data that will be used by the SCRMe and the Group Facilities and Equipment Manager to develop strategic decision-making advice. In addition, you will support the creation and administration of processes, and continuously create new and/or better ways of organising administrative support.
You work with precision and accuracy and have good communication skills (written and oral). You are able to work with stakeholders in a complex international organization. In addition, you are organized and able to structure support activities, and you make the right decisions and set priorities. You are adept at creating an overview in a large amount of data and work effectively with others to achieve common goals. In addition, you thoroughly check procedures and pay attention to the clarity of documentation and administration. You respond quickly and appropriately to questions/requests from colleagues and external parties.
In addition, you have:
- At least a relevant education at community college level (Dutch: MBO4+) (e.g. administration, management, economics, IT);
- At least 2 years of work experience in a support function;
- At least 2 years of work experience with SAP or comparable system(s);
- At least 2 years working experience with MS Office;
- Preferably experience in logistics and/or facilities;
- Proficiency in English.
