Functieomschrijving

  • Develop and execute cycle stock and safety stock plans for assigned products or locations using approved supply plan inputs.
  • Create requirements plans and long-term supply plans to support the integrated business planning cycle.
  • Analyze inventory shortages and create gap coverage plans to mitigate disruptions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., cost-to-serve metrics) and integrated business planning outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and meet customer service standards.
  • Participate in setting and achieving inventory planning metrics and targets.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned to enhance supply chain efficiency and business outcomes



Profiel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Working with SAP in previous work experience
  • At least two years of work experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in English and German.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply and inventory planning, with a focus on optimizing processes and strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
