The Successful Applicant
This company is mainly hiring for competency's such as commercial skills, a winner mentality and authentic personality. Also it is a necessity to be fluent in Spanish and English.
It would be nice to bring in some sort of sourcing/procurement experience, especially in the food industry, but definitely not a must.
