Functieomschrijving

  • Air freight handling & administration in accordance with their internal procedures. Include order entry, booking & pick up arrangement, freight consolidation and documentation creation, billing administration for outgoing and incoming invoices.
  • Track and trace for air shipments, interact with the customers in arranging their international shipments, to meet the expectations of the customers with services provided.
  • To communicate proactively with the customers, suppliers and overseas partners.
  • To establish and extend the relationship with airlines and local GSAs
  • To be responsible the procurement and the development of their road freight products, sourcing for qualified partners, include Domestic and International services.
  • Other assignments by managements.

Profiel

  • 1-2 years related logistics work experience is a plus.
  • A flexible and hard worker, not 9-5 mentality.
  • Open to work during the weekend shift.
  • Be a team player and have the ability to listen, comprehend and effectively communicate to obtain positive results.
  • Pro-active and strong organization skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Be able to write and speak in English and Dutch.
