This company is one of the leading brands in the technology segment. They have several offices around the world and you will be working from the office located in Eindhoven. You will be working with ambitious, energetic, international colleagues; together you will make sure the brand grows further and that all customers and consumers will have the best quality service. You will be the backbone of the team and will make sure everything runs smoothly between different departments. The team stands of 14 people in total. In Eindhoven you will be working with one direct colleage as a Client / Sales support person.

Functieomschrijving

As Sales Support for the Dutch region you will be the main contact for colleages in sales. Together with your team you will support these teams and will be communicating with the warehouse, planning and logistics department to make sure all the orders will goes in and out on time.

Main responsibilities are:

  • Manage orders, customer complaints, programs and volumes in the right way
  • Always make sure the customer is informed on time
  • Assisting the (key) account manager
  • Execution of the sales administration
  • Communicate with stakeholders and being main contact for logistics, planning and the warehouse regarding orders

Profiel

The right candidate for this position has the following experience and competences:

  • MBO+ level
  • Starter or a few years of experience
  • Available for 38 hours a week working from home 50/50
  • Experience within a dynamic, international company; preferably in the FMCG
  • Excellent language skills of both Dutch and English
  • Strong administrative and accuracy skills, well organised
