Functieomschrijving

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Efficiently oversee and respond to business leads (€250,000 and under) for entertainment logistics. Prioritize and monitor sales activities using Odoo CRM, ensuring prompt attention and responses.
  • Quoting Process: Prepare detailed, competitive quotations; respond to client inquiries post-approval; follow up and provide best-in-class solutions tailored to client timelines and budgets.
  • Sales to Operations Handover: Ensure seamless project transitions, maintaining client expectations, deadlines, and budgets. Collaborate with the operations team to enhance communication and improve updates during project scope changes.
  • Vendor Management: Support cost analysis and vendor negotiations to maintain accurate budgeting, considering regulations and geopolitical factors. Work closely with operations to prevent cost overruns.
  • Billing & Aftercare: Manage purchase orders, invoice verification, and resolve discrepancies. Analyze after-sales data to ensure consistent competitiveness.
  • New Opportunities: Identify and act on new sales opportunities through proactive engagement and follow-ups.



Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and internal teams to ensure project confidence.
  • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage commercial correspondences with efficiency.
  • Report daily to the Sales Manager on key developments.

  • Around 2-3 years of experience in sales support or related fields
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Willingness to travel (1-2 times a year)

Aanbod

  • Competitive Salary: €3,500 - €4,200 gross per month, depending on experience
  • Holiday Pay: 8% of the annual salary
  • Bonus Scheme: Performance-based annual bonus
