Prioritize and monitor sales activities using Odoo CRM, ensuring prompt attention and responses.Quoting Process: Prepare detailed, competitive quotations; respond to client inquiries post-approval; follow up and provide best-in-class solutions tailored to client timelines and budgets.Sales to Operations Handover: Ensure seamless project transitions, maintaining client expectations, deadlines, and budgets. Collaborate with the operations team to enhance communication and improve updates during project scope changes.Vendor Management: Support cost analysis and vendor negotiations to maintain accurate budgeting, considering regulations and geopolitical factors. Work closely with operations to prevent cost overruns.Billing & Aftercare: Manage purchase orders, invoice verification, and resolve discrepancies.
