The headquarters for EMEA, where you will be working, is located in 's-Hertogenbosch and employs about 20 staff members.Job DescriptionYour roleAs a Sales Manager, you are responsible for achieving the sales targets set for the DACH Region. In this challenging commercial role, you will maintain existing relationships with channel partners and distributors while also seeking new partners. Together with distributors in your region, you will approach potential resellers and dealers in the IT and Digital Signage industries. Additionally, you will be the driving force behind launching new strategic partnerships with various market players such as software developers and manufacturers of Large Format Displays (LFDs). Your enthusiasm and professional attitude enable you to build new relationships in these markets. In this position, you will report to the Sales Director.Your tasks and responsibilities summarized:Maintain contact with customers in the DACH RegionRecruit new contacts and customersStay informed about projects in your region and ensure that this is selected to deliver for these projects. You do this through a network of direct and indirect customersNegotiate with direct and indirect customers regarding terms, prices, warranties, and marketing activitiesCo-plan and execute marketing plans (such as events, trade shows, newsletters) in collaboration with the marketing team and partners/customersAlong with a team of colleagues, you are responsible for the daily activities necessary to achieve your turnover targets and growth. This includes supporting deliveries, customer payments, internal negotiations, coordinating technical supportProcess relevant market and customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce)The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate:You operate at an HBO work and thinking levelYou have relevant commercial experience in B2B sales, preferably in the DACH regionYou are fluent in both German and English, in both spoken and written forms.
