Functieomschrijving

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via email and phone, mainly related to Amazon and eBay platforms.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, thinking creatively to provide the best solution and ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
  • Manage and monitor email inboxes to ensure timely responses within the set SLA.
  • Work closely with colleagues through online tools like Slack or MS Teams to maintain team communication and collaboration.
  • Support more complex customer service cases referred by the first-line support team.
  • Conduct follow-up actions to ensure high customer satisfaction and improve feedback ratings.



Profiel

  • German and English verbal and written skills are very good;
  • Experienced in client contact;
  • Known for your enthusiastic personality;
  • Clever in working with computers and MS Office;
  • Ability to come to the office once per month;
  • Living in the Netherlands
