Job Description

  • Be the first point of contact at the Front Desk, offering a warm welcome in partnership with the security host.
  • Handle all forms of incoming communication, including calls, emails, and mail.
  • Take charge of the Front Desk operations, ensuring seamless service.
  • Undertake office management responsibilities and assist in organizing internal events.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments, embodying the spirit of Optiver.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or hospitality-oriented position.
  • A natural inclination towards hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with Dutch proficiency being advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A service-oriented attitude with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Multitasking ability, a positive outlook, self-motivation, flexibility, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm.
  • Please note: This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
