Our client is an financial company, located close to Amsterdam Zuid.

Functieomschrijving

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for the below tasks:

  • You are the face of the organisation, and welcome all guests, customers, vendors, etc. in a courteous and service-manner;
  • Facilitating good workplace/office environment;
  • Maintain and manage office meeting room requests;
  • Agenda management for the meeting rooms, setting up and maintaining the meeting rooms and of course providing water, tea/coffee, and ordering lunch if necessary for all departments.

Profiel

  • Minimum 1 years' administrative experience in office management, facility or equivalent;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch & English;
  • Available to start immediately for 8 hours;
  • Holds BSN;
  • Available to commute to the office located to Amsterdam Zuid.

Aanbod

  • Salary: 3000-3500 euros;
  • Opportunity to work in a highly international environment;
  • Temporary Assignment: minimum 5 months ;
  • Travel allowance.
