You are responsible for the three different production lines, along with the other three team leaders and the warehouse manager. You will manage a team of 15 people and work with them to organise the processes.

Job Description

  • Providing customer-oriented and efficient Production services;
  • Giving direction and direction to the activities of employees;
  • Carrying out checks on various activities and supporting the team where necessary;
  • Drawing up an operational personnel plan, aimed at the successful execution of all activities according to the established KPIs;
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment;

The Successful Applicant

  • You are open to working in three different shifts;
  • You have experience in a production environment;
  • You enjoy working among people;
  • You have a driver's license and your own car;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within Production MBO level;
  • Have a Reach and Forklift certification;
