Functieomschrijving
- Work with the team to understand requirements and objectives
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production, resolve issues and generate regular reporting
- Supervise and train production and warehouse personnel
- Ongoing evaluation to determine/adjust resources levels (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Work closely with the operations team to manage dynamic targets, lead times, and shipping goals
- Ensure work meets all set standards for safety, quality, and cleanliness
Profiel
● Have, or ability to get forklift certified
● Safety certification(s)
● Successfully demonstrated leadership experience in dynamic warehouse and production
environments
● English (speak/write) required
