Functieomschrijving

  • Manage the full Dutch payroll cycle, including monthly processing, data changes, statutory updates and employee queries.
  • Coordinate closely with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders across the NL/UK/BE hub.
  • Process payroll changes such as starters, leavers, global transfers, variable compensation, allowances and leave.
  • Support cross‑country payroll activities, benefits administration, audits, year‑end close and mobility‑related payroll matters.
  • Identify improvements, maintain controls and act as the Dutch payroll subject‑matter expert within the regional payroll team.

Profiel

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll, including wage tax, social security and pensions.
  • A high level of accuracy with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with HR, Finance, Benefits, Mobility and external partners.
  • An ownership mindset with the ability to solve complex issues independently.
  • Comfort with payroll/HR systems and Office 365, plus a proactive approach to process optimization.
  • Fluent English.
