Job Description

  • Order entry
  • Follow up on product availability with the planning department
  • Preparing shipment announcements for the customers
  • Logging, investigating and solving customer complaints
  • Processing and follow up on return shipments from customers
  • Maintaining the customer service open order report

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in an administrative position within an office environment
  • English fluency both oral and written
  • High level of organisation and communication skills
  • Available for 40 hours a week
  • Cheerfull personality
