Job Description

As a Market Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering strategic insights that drive growth, product development, and innovation. You'll analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to support high-impact decisions across the business.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, and Innovation to shape the future of our business through data-driven storytelling and smart analysis.

  • Deliver market analysis to support strategic and tactical decision-making
  • Conduct customer and consumer research across various markets
  • Perform market sizing, forecasting, and segmentation for innovation projects
  • Support new product development, from business case to post-launch
  • Analyze global Health & Nutrition and food/pharma trends to identify growth areas
  • Provide regional and product-market combination trend analyses
  • Build competitive intelligence and maintain the market intelligence database
  • Support external presentations with market data and insight-driven visuals



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Biomedical Sciences, or similar
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a market analysis or business intelligence role
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience with market sizing, segmentation, forecasting, and trend spotting
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Creative, curious, and able to think outside the box
  • Located within 1 hour commuting distance from Son (NL)
