Our client is a company active in the technical industry and located in Eindhoven (manufacturing and production).

Functieomschrijving

The main tasks of a Management Assistant are:

  • Managing the agenda and emails of senior technical stakeholders and their team, including scheduling meetings and organizing gatherings with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for the management team.
  • Providing support for project management-related tasks.
  • Sending announcements and communications, including drafting department newsletters.
  • Acting as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from internal and external parties.
  • Coordinating visitor management and facilities for events and meetings.
  • Assisting with IT support and the adoption of new technological tools.

Profiel

As a Management Assistant the following is expected of you:

  • Completed MBO education with limited work experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of stakeholder management and experience in a dynamic or international work environment.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and facilitating hybrid meetings.
