Job Description
As a Management Assistant, your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Support General Manager in a broad professional capacity
- Complex agenda management
- Mail and correspondence management
- Preparing and taking minutes of various consultations with both internal and external parties
- Unburdening Managing Director of administrative and organisational tasks
- Consignment BT
The Successful Applicant
Job requirements for the successful applicant:
- Minimum HBO thinking and working level with completed diploma
- Experience with support management / general manager
- Digital skills relevant to scheduling and management software
- Experience with taking minutes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English
Professional competencies:
- Communicative very skilled
- Eager to learn and develop on the job
- Outgoing, bringing a positive energy & feeling to the office and meetings
- Forward thinking, planning ahead for your manager and director
