Job Description

As a Management Assistant you support the management of the organisation in all common activities.

- Managing agendas

- Organising meeting, travels and accommodations

- Supporting with facility tasks

- Developing and proactively managing new projects

- Preparing, organising and attending meetings (board meetings, the General Members meetings and the department meetings)

- Taking minutes and being able to follow up on the action list

- Being part of the events and fairs as face of the company

- Telephone handling and attending visitors

The Successful Applicant

You would be the perfect candidate if you match the following criteria:

- Have solid experience in secretarial roles

- You speak Dutch fluently (mandatory)

- You are able to taking minutes and you are accurate

- You are proactive and like to take initiatives

- You are confident and you like to interact with people

- You are available at least for 24h
