You will join an international company which is a leading provider of network and digital devices, headquartered in Eindhoven.

Functieomschrijving

  • Creating shipments in Oracle and maintaining shipment statuses.
  • Monitor agreements, clarify when necessary, and check it with sales offices.
  • Vendor management, you will monitor forwarders.
  • Acting as a point of contact between forwarders, warehouse, and customers.
  • Checking invoices from vendors
  • Entering and checking orders.
  • Update outgoing shipment procedures.
  • Supporting Sales Departments and customers on logistic issues.
  • Maintaining stock integrity.
  • Co-operating and initiating improvements of the process in the company.



Profiel

  • MBO or HBO education in logistics, Business Administration or Financial Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in English (Dutch and other European languages are desirable).
  • Proactive, preferably with a helicopter view of the processes.
  • Good communication skills and high adaptivity.
