In this position you will be operating as the key point of contact for one of this 3PL company's main client when it comes to warehouse process optimisation and reporting. You will be operating with Excel and Power BI to provide valuable insights and working on visual material flows to analyse and optimise warehouse processes.

This company is one of the world's biggest logistics providers. They are offering all kinds of logistics solutions to company's all over the world. They have multiple local branches in the Netherlands and this branche is based in Venlo.

The team consists of 3 engineers, 2 account managers, 3 support representatives and the Manager.

Functieomschrijving

  • Operating as a Project Manager for the client
  • Responsible for handling customer change requests and maintaining customer communication
  • Proposing improvement projects and independently executing them
  • Processing system data, performing analyses, and preparing associated reports
  • Conducting research into process quality and analysing processes using performance indicators
  • Supervising the implementation and/or relocation of new and existing processes

Profiel

  • Bachelor or Master degree, ideally in the field of Logistics & Supply Chain or Industrial Management
  • You have experience working with advanced Excel tools
  • Analytics catch your interest
  • You are customer-oriented, can communicate well at various levels and have a hands-on mentality
  • You have a good command of the English language in speech and writing
