Additionally, this role manages inbound deliveries from international suppliers and collaborates closely with Demand & Supply Planning, Operations, and Customer Operations to ensure an efficient and timely flow of goods.

Job Description

  • Act as main contact for logistics-related issues.
  • Plan, monitor, and track outbound B2B/B2C deliveries.
  • Manage inbound deliveries and purchase orders in ERP (SAP S4/HANA).
  • Coordinate with 3PL partner for warehouse capacity, priorities, and issue resolution.
  • Arrange transportation, pickups, and manage returns.
  • Handle customs documentation and resolve discrepancies or freight claims.



The Successful Applicant



    • MBO 4 education, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics experience.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Business-level English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and SAP S4/HANA.
    • Detail-oriented and used to working with deadlines.
    • Residing in the greater Amsterdam area.
