Your Logistics responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with our 3PL partner to resolve issues
  • Overseeing standard operating procedures, including international logistics
  • Serving as the point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and concerns
  • Planning, monitoring, and verifying all outbound deliveries while tracking logistics partners' delivery performance
  • Monitoring purchase orders and managing inbound deliveries, including returns
  • Processing inbound goods in the ERP system and ensuring all relevant import documentation is collected and communicated internally
  • Collaborating with our 3PL partner to manage warehouse capacity and ensure shipments leave on schedule per agreed KPIs

Profiel

  • University degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in operational roles, including order management and logistics/supply chain
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch at a business level
  • Strong skills in MS Windows tools (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels, including management and retail partners
  • Fast learner with a collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively



Aanbod

  • Salary level: € 3.000 - 3.500 / month
  • Minimum of 32 hours per week
  • Hybrid way of working (after onboarding period): 3 days office/2 days WFH
  • Temporary contract with chances of receiving a permanent contract after the period of 7 months
