About Our Client

This client is a production and transporting company for Chicken. They focus on delivering quality products due to their production excellence, high animal welfare and sustainability practices.

Job Description

  • Liaise and create purchase orders with Brazil for production availability and planning;
  • License allocation to enable Bank of Brazil to issue the Certificate of Origin against the Purchase order for CPT, CIF, EXW and DAP sales;
  • Follow up with the customer to ensure licenses are received on time;
  • Plan and execute shipment & deliveries between the ports of entry in Europe (London Gateway and Rotterdam) with the cold stores and transport companies and our customers
  • Update and send weekly shipping schedules to customers, ensuring accurate information;
  • Make sure customer delivery requirements is fulfilled when sending the delivery instructions to cold store and transportation company;
  • Contact final customers to ensure no additional costs are charged to JBS Foods (waiting hours) in case trucks are not unloaded as planned;
  • Monitor and minimise stock levels stored at cold stores by coordinating direct deliveries from terminal to customer delivery destination;

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar job
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, SAP and Excel
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking Dutch is a plus)
