Functieomschrijving



  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound tracking, receiving, storage, outbound shipments, and returns of finished goods and spare parts


  • Track inbound shipments from factories and suppliers, resolve delivery issues, and drive process improvements


  • Coordinate with shipping, warehousing, and transportation partners to deliver agreed service and performance levels


  • Work closely with inventory planning, customer service, and field teams to resolve inventory availability and logistics challenges


  • Operate and manage reverse logistics processes for returned systems, instruments, accessories, and spare parts


  • Deliver timely and accurate outbound shipments to meet customer requirements and contractual obligations


  • Resolve receiving, shipping, and inventory discrepancies through root-cause analysis and corrective actions


  • Drive inventory accuracy through reconciliation, cycle counts, and troubleshooting of third-party logistics system interfaces


  • Create and support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse operations


  • Support additional logistics projects and operational tasks as assigned
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP, and advanced skills in Excel and Tableau for reporting, analysis, and operational dashboards.

  • Possess hands-on experience in logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management


  • Skilled in managing time-critical shipments and warehouse processes


  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel for data management and reporting


  • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented in completing tasks


  • Able to identify root causes of issues and drive process improvements


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


  • Works effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners


  • Proactive, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment


  • Strong customer- and service-focused mindset


  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines
