Job Description

  • Prepare labels, stickers, and documentation for internal and external orders.
  • Manage WMS orders and ensure timely processing for scanners and drivers.
  • Monitor stock shortages, recount inventory, and report discrepancies.
  • Organize daily colli lists and communicate with transport partners.
  • Act as the first point of contact for delivery drivers and check incoming goods.
  • Maintain accurate records in systems and manage the warehouse email inbox.
  • Review complaints, identify errors, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Support extra tasks after order picking and handle urgent orders efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of WMS systems and Exact is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Availability to start immediately.
