As a Learning Solution Designer, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team committed to innovation in learning.

Functieomschrijving

  • Create Tailored Learning Experiences: Dive into learning needs and craft innovative methods-like e-learning, VR, and simulations-that drive knowledge transfer and engagement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business leaders, architects, and designers to align learning solutions with organizational goals and integrate them seamlessly into a cohesive curriculum.
  • Deliver Excellence and Innovation: Provide high-quality, on-time learning solutions infused with creative approaches like design thinking to inspire and empower learners.
  • Drive Improvement Through Data: Leverage learning analytics to refine solutions and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
  • Focus on Measurable Impact: Ensure learning initiatives deliver value by applying ROI metrics to track success and optimize outcomes.



Profiel



Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing (digital) learning activities.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms and tools.

  • Results-driven with a proactive and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical with a pragmatic attitude.
