The Europe headquarters is located in the south of the Netherlands and part of a multinational. The company provide digital lifestyle devices for the B2C and B2B market. In this job you will work with the Customer care department. It's fulltime function for 40 hours and you have to live in the area of Eindhoven
Functieomschrijving
- Providing first line support to our approved service providers;
- Follow up on daily operations andinternal/external escalations;
- Monitoring case based customerturnaround TAT performances;
- Partner management, including analyzing, training and maintenance;
- Coordination of internal teams (logistics,aftersales, finance,CC, TSEetc.) with ASP's tomaintain a good service level;
- Highlighting gaps in procedures or points of improvement;
- Participate in projects to improve overall customer satisfaction and general service level;
- Coordination between country level requirementsand internal teams;
- Create monthly performance reviews for the ASP's;
Profiel
- HBO / Bachelor level either obtained by education or working experience;
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English;
- Excellent and strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong proven analytic skills, with numbers and data;
- Available to work from the office 40h/week
