Functieomschrijving
- Helping private and corporate clients from the French & Dutch market
- Assisting clients with a wide range of investment-related topics (via email, phone or chat)
- Learning about investment products, corporate actions and financial markets in order to provide the best customer service
- Increasing the company's Net Promoter Score and distribution of investment related products & services
Profiel
- At least completed MBO educational level
- Interest in investing and financial markets
- Fluent in DUTCH & FRENCH
- It's all about communication! - Energy & customer interaction skills
- Eager to learn, curious & ambitious
