Functieomschrijving
- Point of contact for support related to infrastructure, networks and for colleagues
- Handling and coordinating tickets
- Managing and monitoring workplaces,providing support if needed
- Valued advisor on developments on hardware and software
Profiel
- At least 5 years experience in Technology, 2 years experience in a Client oriented role
- Knowledge of ITIL, Active Directory, O365, VPN, LAN, WAN
- Strong communication skills, problem solving ability and customer oriented
- Professional level of English, Dutch and German is a plus
- Likes working in an international team
