Our client is a scale-up company specialising in engineering and design. Despite the office in Rotterdam-West, they also have offices in UK and Greece. They are currently looking forward to growing into different regions as well. The environment is informal and full of positive energy.
Functieomschrijving
- Work as the first point of contact for your colleagues regarding all ICT issues
- Set up and manage workplace for (new) employees
- Maintenance and support of internal systems (OS and Windows 10) and software packages
- Control of the server systems (Windows, Active Directory, and Azure)
- Solve hardware issues, e.g. telephony (VoIP, mobile phones), conference rooms, and printers
- Coming up with new ICT solutions to improve TWD run smarter, better, and faster
Profiel
- Obtained MBO or HBO degree (ICT is a pré)
- Great command of English Language (Dutch is a plus)
- Knowledge of MS systems (Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows and PowerShell)
- You enjoy working in a team and you have good communication skills
- You like to get the job done and you are proactive
- Experience with Autodesk, Orcaflex, Adobe (either one of these is a Plus!)
- Applicants have to be residents in the Netherlands while applying
