  • Supporting the Hardware Asset Management function by performing a physical inventory of IT assets in the company's data centres
  • Tracking and managing IT assets through their life-cycle (receiving, deployment, change maintenance and disposal)
  • Protecting the corporation's assets as well as operating systems
  • Conducting physical inventories of IT assets and performing searches for equipment not found during an inventory
  • Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of inventory data
  • Reconciling and resolving asset data discrepancies based on knowledge of business rules
  • Improving the quality of hardware data in the IT asset repository
  • Gathering requirements and developing reports, macros and dashboards (MS Excel/Tableau)
  • Providing support to senior team members for projects and audits
  • Coordinating disposal pickups and completion of associated processes and records
  • Providing support to and collaborating with all levels to achieve goals and objectives


  • Fluent in English
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Technical environment
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an analytic role; experience with IT hardware preferred
  • Windows 10, Citrix environment, including networking components, services and user profiles
  • PC hardware and software system: - Active Directory, Windows Terminal Services, Citrix, Microsoft Office 365, Database Systems, Exchange, cloud systems and Azure
  • Degree level in IT or computing technologies
  • MS Excel skills
  • Able to automate, modify, optimise reports and implement built-in functions and formulas in MS Excel
  • ITIL Foundation
  • You have excellent problem-solving and time management skills
