Functieomschrijving

Supporting the Hardware Asset Management function by performing a physical inventory of IT assets in the company's data centres
Tracking and managing IT assets through their life-cycle (receiving, deployment, change maintenance and disposal)
Protecting the corporation's assets as well as operating systems
Conducting physical inventories of IT assets and performing searches for equipment not found during an inventory
Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of inventory data
Reconciling and resolving asset data discrepancies based on knowledge of business rules
Improving the quality of hardware data in the IT asset repository
Gathering requirements and developing reports, macros and dashboards (MS Excel/Tableau)
Providing support to senior team members for projects and audits
Coordinating disposal pickups and completion of associated processes and records
Providing support to and collaborating with all levels to achieve goals and objectives

Profiel

Fluent in English
3 to 5 years of experience in a Technical environment
1 to 3 years of experience in an analytic role; experience with IT hardware preferred
Windows 10, Citrix environment, including networking components, services and user profiles
PC hardware and software system: - Active Directory, Windows Terminal Services, Citrix, Microsoft Office 365, Database Systems, Exchange, cloud systems and Azure
Degree level in IT or computing technologies
MS Excel skills
Able to automate, modify, optimise reports and implement built-in functions and formulas in MS Excel
ITIL Foundation
You have excellent problem-solving and time management skills
