Job Description

  • Strategically guide and manage the sales processes for designated regions, product lines, or sales channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and forecast sales performance at a granular level, maintaining accuracy for each country, account, and SKU.
  • Actively seek growth opportunities by expanding existing distributor networks and opening new sales channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships at all levels of the customer's organization to ensure seamless collaboration and business success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers (distributors) and internal teams, ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to craft compelling sales materials, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Regularly visit key markets, ensuring in-person engagement with distributors and customers to foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Continuously gather market insights, including customer feedback, to inform product development and market strategy.
  • Stay informed of competitive dynamics, emerging market trends, and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to the broader organizational strategy by offering insights, action plans, and data-based recommendations to enhance sales systems and drive change.
  • Participate in trade events, ensuring company representation and engagement with key stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Key Account Management role, possible with distribution retail experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing relationships with internal teams and customers.
  • Effective communication and coaching skills, capable of interacting with diverse cultures and levels.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent decision-making and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work autonomously with sound judgment.
  • Full proficiency in English and at least one other major European language.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the EU-Africa region and the ability to work outside regular office hours if required.
