As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in balancing supply and demand. You will manage inventory levels, place and monitor purchase orders, and create accurate demand forecasts. Functieomschrijving

  • Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data, trends, and customer information to create accurate forecasts.
  • Order Management: Place, track, and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and contribute to structural improvements in the supply chain.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure an efficient flow of goods.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reports on demand forecasting, inventory, and orders.
  • Supplier Communication: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and escalate issues or delays as needed.
  • ERP Support: Accurately process order and inventory data in the ERP system.



Profiel

  • Education: MBO+/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in Slimstock (Slim4) is a must; ERP software knowledge is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English), Dutch is a plus.
  • Affinity: Experience in the furniture or retail industry is an advantage.
