They are expanding the LEXANTM Inside Sales Team and are looking for a driven, multilingual professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Functieomschrijving

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the vital link between our customers and our internal organization. Supporting our Key Account Leaders, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful:

  • Customer Contact: Maintain close communication with customers regarding pricing, order status, lead times, and technical product information.
  • Commercial Support: Translate customer needs into internal requests and contribute to optimizing customer processes.
  • Order Management: Accurately process offers, orders, and claims in our system, ensuring a seamless order-to-cash workflow.

Profiel

You are an ambitious professional with strong commercial drive and a passion for customer engagement. You bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO+) or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in German, Italian, or French preferred
  • Experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales in a B2B environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
  • A structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver both positive and challenging news effectively
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a keen eye for process improvement
