Functieomschrijving

Responsibilities:

  • Independently processing incoming B2B and B2C orders and ensuring timely handling.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for questions and complaints from B2B and B2C customers, both by phone and email.
  • Providing support to the field sales team.
  • Performing various administrative tasks.



Additional Tasks:

  • Assisting in the showroom (guiding consumers around the showroom).
  • Supporting trade shows, in-house exhibitions, and other events.
  • Assisting other departments when needed.

Profiel

  • Dutch is a MUST, both spoken and written; English is a plus.
  • Minimum MBO-4 level of education and thinking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • A commercial mindset and results-oriented approach.
