My client is originally an organization from India. Since 2016 they have also been operating in Europe and are still experiencing extreme growth. The culture within the organization is informal and international and there are around 70 to 80 people working at this location.
Functieomschrijving
- Tracking incomming shipments and chase documentation for timely custom clearance.
- Make unloading plans for bulk shipments.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse team for timely unloading.
- Coordinate the return of empty containres.
- Being in contact with different internal department like Logistics, Customer Service, Quality and Sales in order to make a timely planning.
- Responsible for the full administrative proces.
Profiel
- Bachelor degree working and thinking level, preferably with an education towards Logistics.
- Fluent command of the English language both verbally and in writing.
- Socially competent and a team player.
- Customer-oriented.
- Administratively strong.
