The company is an international organisation that provides training to sales professionals worldwide.
The firm is situated in Hoofddorp but working here, will mean that you will work from home mostly.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Firstlevel ICT support
- Act as apoint ofcontact for users regardingquestions, wishes or complaints related to the company ICT hardware,software,or processes.
- Support all users on group level viatelephone,email,and other channels.
- Escalate to second line support orspecialist if needed and follow-up onrequests.
- ICT support during Krauthammer Academy (1-2 weeks).
- Support in case of damage and/or theft of equipment.
- Maintenance and update of software, locally and remotely.
- Give first level support in GDPR related questions; escalate issues and questions to responsible roles.
- Supportwithgeneralproblems regarding ICT.
- Maintenance ofphysical and digitalinfrastructure
- Participation in software update and maintenance processes.
- Cooperation with line manager in setting up and replacement of computers for all users.
Profiel
Working/Thinking on bachelor's degreelevel(Level6EQF).
Min. 2-year experience as first-level help desk support.
Advancedknowledge inWindows10,Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,OneNote)and Microsoft 365 platform.
Good knowledge inWindows Server2016/19operating systems.
Knowledge of network and application security, data security, secure network protocols.
Knowledge of printing systems (Xerox copiers andprinters).
Good general knowledge and interest for information technology.
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (B2). More languages are a plus (preferablyDutch,French,and German)
