About Our Client
Japanese company with EMEA HQ in Amsterdam. The client is in the retail industry with a total of 60 employees in Amsterdam office.
Very international, fast-paced and scaling up environment. They look for talents who join the passion and the eagerness of the team.
You will be responsible, together with your team, to process payroll for the European employees.
Remain current in Human Resources and employment law to ensure solid, current advice regarding all HR matters
Create or assist in creation of all HR reports
Create or assist in documenting international HR processes
Process for sourcing and driving candidates to apply, review of new applications, conducting phone and/or on-site screens, coordination of manager interviews, extending offers and ensure successful completion of the recruitment request
The Successful Applicant
- Relevant international HR and payroll work experience
- Great Excel skills
- System's savvy
- Fluency in English
